Receiving customers and signing contracts

As we know, Receiving customers is an essential part of doing business. There are two kinds of reception, one is on app or website, and the other is face-to-face reception. The process of  website or APP as follows: 

Customers inquiries----Replying customers inquiries and understanding customers need-- Helping customers know more about us and products details information or recommending suitable products suitable -- Resolving customers questions or concerns---Confirming orders and receiving the deposit--- Arranging production, QC and packaging---After received balance payment, booking and delivery goods--Following up the logistics update until customers received the goods- Providing after-sale service.

The face to face reception, we need to prepare the data, such as, the color cards of different materials, sizes, calculators, notebooks, company product catalogs, certificates, etc. When the customers arrived in our factory, we show the which products are the customers need and discuss the details of the products, prices, shipping ways and payment terms. Making all the details which have confirmed in the contacts or invoices.  And then signing the contacts.
